Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs

The Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères) is the central government body of France responsible for the country's foreign policy, European affairs, and the operation of its diplomatic missions abroad. It is headed by the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, a member of the French government. Its headquarters is located on the Quai d'Orsay in Paris, in the historic building that has housed the foreign affairs ministry since the nineteenth century.
