The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is a central government body responsible for digital infrastructure, e-government services and the digitalization of public administration. It is headed by the Minister of Digital Transformation, and its responsibilities include developing electronic public services such as the "Air Alert" mobile application.

Ukraine’s Air Alert app displays false radiation and missile warnings after likely cyberattack
Ukraine’s official Air Alert app displayed false warnings about radiation, chemical hazards, street fighting and missile strikes across the country on the evening of 1 November. The Air Force said the app had likely been hacked or subjected to hostile interference, but that no radiation threat existed. Other national and street warning systems, as well as the Kyiv Digital app, continued operating normally.
