Mariupol authorities transfer 20 municipal apartments to Russian federal ownership
The Mariupol City Council says the occupying administration arranged the free transfer of 20 municipal apartments to Russian federal ownership instead of returning them to local residents. Ukrainian officials describe the move as unlawful appropriation of housing belonging to displaced Mariupol residents.
