Main Military Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation
The Main Military Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation is a federal prosecutorial body responsible for overseeing compliance with the law in the Russian Armed Forces, military administration organs, and other military formations. It is headed by the Chief Military Prosecutor, who simultaneously serves as a Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia. The office investigates crimes by military personnel, prosecutes cases involving military offences, and supervises law enforcement within the security and defence structures. Its headquarters are in Moscow.
