Main Military Prosecutor's Office of Russia
The Main Military Prosecutor's Office of Russia is a specialised prosecution body within the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, responsible for supervising legality in the Russian Armed Forces and other military formations. It is headed by the Chief Military Prosecutor, who reports to the Prosecutor General. The office investigates crimes committed by military personnel, violations of military regulations and corruption within the defence establishment.
