Lviv Oblast Military Administration
Lviv OVA is the Lviv Oblast Military Administration, a body of executive authority of Ukraine established in Lviv Oblast for the period of martial law. It succeeded the Lviv Oblast State Administration and carries out regional governance functions, including coordination of security, humanitarian assistance, and infrastructure repair amid the full-scale Russian invasion. The administration is headed by a chief appointed by the President of Ukraine.
