The plant carries out primary and secondary crude processing and produces gasoline, diesel fuel, lubricants and other petroleum products, and is one of the largest refineries in southern Russia.

Drones hit Saratov oil refinery and OZON logistics hub in Russia overnight
Drones struck the Saratov oil refinery and an OZON logistics and delivery hub in Russia's Saratov Oblast overnight on September 11, starting fires at both sites. Saratov Oblast Governor Roman Busargin announced a drone threat around 02:00. OZON said workers were evacuated and there were no initial casualties, but warned regional operations would be limited in the near term.
