Russian President Vladimir Putin said all proposals regarding resuming negotiations with Ukraine remain on the table, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced he had received US approval to manufacture Patriot missiles. The statements came amid ongoing reciprocal strikes: Ukraine targeted Russian oil refineries in Perm and Novoshakhtinsk, and Russia struck Ukrainian infrastructure including a hospital in Zaporizhzhia and a postal facility in the Odesa region. Zelenskyy also said he asked US President Donald Trump to pressure Chinese President Xi Jinping to use Beijing's influence on Moscow.
