Kyiv Court of Appeal
The Kyiv Court of Appeal is an appellate court of general jurisdiction based in Kyiv. It reviews appeals against decisions of first-instance courts in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast across civil, criminal, commercial, and administrative matters. It is one of the largest appellate courts in Ukraine by caseload.
