Kyiv prosecutors sue city government over lack of mobile shelters
The Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office has filed a lawsuit against the Kyiv City State Administration (KMDA) and the Kyiv City Council, accusing them of inaction on installing mobile rapid-deployment shelters in public places. Prosecutors are asking the court to recognize that inaction as unlawful and to obligate local authorities to urgently install shelters near public transport stops, in parks, squares and other public locations. The court has opened proceedings in the case.
