Kyiv School of Economics

The Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) is a Ukrainian higher-education and research institution founded in 1996 by the economist and businessman Bernard Shoufer (Schoenfeld). It offers undergraduate and graduate programmes in economics, business and public policy, and operates an independent research centre that produces widely cited macroeconomic forecasts and analyses of the Ukrainian economy. Its research has been particularly prominent in assessing the economic impact of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
