Kyiv Oblast Military Administration
The Kyiv Oblast State Administration is the local executive body of state power in Ukraine's Kyiv Oblast. It is headed by a chair appointed by the President of Ukraine. Under martial law, its functions are exercised by the parallel Kyiv Oblast Military Administration, which has broader powers and reports directly to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The administration coordinates the work of district state administrations and implements state policy throughout the oblast.

On the evening of September 7, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko submitted his resignation, the same day he had earlier told journalists he would not step down voluntarily. The resignation comes against the backdrop of the NABU and SAP "Carthage" special operation, which exposed an alleged criminal organization within the Office of the Prosecutor General accused of systematically receiving bribes from fraudulent call centers and laundering proceeds.
