Mayor of Kyiv
The Kyiv City Mayor is the elected head of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. The position combines the roles of chairing the Kyiv City Council and chairing the Kyiv City State Administration, the latter following a 2010 reform by President Viktor Yanukovych that fused the mayoralty with the head of the city's state administration. Voters of Kyiv elect the mayor directly for a five-year term.
