Kyiv City Express

Kyiv City Express is an urban rail service running on a circular railway line through Kyiv and its inner suburbs, functioning as a surface metro-style ring integrated with the capital's metro system. The service is operated by Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznytsia) as part of the city's public transport network rather than as conventional suburban commuter trains. Launched in 2009, the ring connects Kyiv's main railway stations — including Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi and Darnytsia — and links with the metro at multiple interchange points. Fares are integrated with the Kyiv public transport ticketing system.
