KTRV (Tactical Missiles Corporation) is a Russian state-owned defense conglomerate focused on the design and manufacture of tactical missile systems for naval, air and ground forces. It unites numerous design bureaus and production plants across Russia, with its headquarters in Moscow. The company has been led for many years by Boris Obnosov as general director.

Ukrainian forces strike Russian missile-component plant, oil refinery, and air defense assets
On the night of September 25–26, 2026, Ukraine's Defense Forces, including the SBU's Alpha Special Operations Center and the Ukrainian Navy, struck the Azov Optical-Mechanical Plant in Rostov Oblast and the Ilysky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai, along with a Pantsir-S2 air defense system, an ammunition depot, and a P-18 Terek radar. Ukrainian-made Neptune cruise missiles and Ruta, Palyanytsya, and Bars jet drone-missiles were used in the strike on the Azov plant, a key supplier of components for Russian guided weapons.
