Russian strikes disrupt power across occupied Crimea, Sevastopol and multiple Ukrainian regions
Russian attacks on energy infrastructure caused mass power outages in occupied Crimea, Sevastopol and part of Kherson Oblast, while generation and transmission facilities were also damaged across nine Ukrainian regions. Three DTEK thermal power plants were heavily damaged and halted electricity generation.
