Russian drone attacks hit Dnipro and Samar, injuring residents and damaging critical infrastructure
Russian forces attacked Dnipro and Samar with drones overnight into 5 November, according to Ukrainian officials. At least three people were injured in Dnipro, while 15 were reportedly injured in Samar, where a thermal power plant, a residential district, a police station and a hospital were hit.
