Russian strikes hit energy facilities in Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, and Volyn oblasts
Russian forces attacked energy infrastructure in three Ukrainian oblasts during the night and morning of 19 October 2026, causing power outages. No casualties had been reported by the morning. Local officials said strikes had hit energy sites in Zhytomyr Oblast for a second consecutive day.
