Kirishinefteorgsintez (KINEF)
Kirishinefteorgsintez, trading as KINEF, is the largest oil refinery in Russia, located in the town of Kirishi in Leningrad Oblast. It is part of a group of companies associated with businessman Mikhail Gutseriev and his family. The plant processes crude oil and produces a wide range of petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, and petrochemical feedstocks.
