Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant is a Ukrainian nuclear power plant operated by the state-owned Nuclear Power Plants of Ukraine (NAEK Energoatom). The site has two VVER-1000 units and supplies electricity to Ukraine's power grid.

Kyiv introduces emergency power cuts in two districts, then returns to scheduled outages
Emergency electricity cuts were introduced in parts of Kyiv's Holosiivskyi and Solomianskyi districts on the morning of 29 October by order of Ukraine's national power operator, Ukrenergo. Scheduled hourly outage schedules did not apply during the emergency measures. DTEK later announced that the emergency cuts had been cancelled and Kyiv had returned to scheduled outages.
