Kherson Oblast Prosecutor's Office
The Kherson Oblast Prosecutor's Office is a regional body of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, responsible for overseeing compliance with the law in Kherson Oblast. It is headed by a regional prosecutor appointed by the Prosecutor General. Its remit includes prosecution of criminal cases in court, representation of state interests in litigation, and investigation of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in the region during the armed conflict.
