Kharkiv Regional State Administration
The Kharkiv Regional State Administration (Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration) is the executive body of oblast level in Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine, headed by a chair appointed by the President. It exercises state executive power in the region and implements the powers delegated by the oblast council. Its headquarters are in the city of Kharkiv.
