Iskander-M

The Iskander-M is a Russian short-range ballistic missile system developed by the Moscow Machine-Building Enterprise "Iskander" design bureau (formerly the Kolomna-based KBM). Designed to strike ground targets at ranges of up to several hundred kilometres, it is one of the principal precision-strike assets of the Russian Ground Forces. Since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Iskander-M missiles have been used repeatedly in strikes against Ukrainian cities and infrastructure.
