Integrated Silicon Solution
Integrated Silicon Solution (ISSI) is an American fabless semiconductor company headquartered in San Jose, California, that designs and markets memory chips such as SRAM, DRAM, and NOR flash, along with analog products. Its components are widely used in industrial, automotive, telecommunications, and consumer electronics applications. Since 2021 it has been owned by Hefei Chang Xin Memory Technology, a Chinese state-linked DRAM maker.
