House of Representatives of Japan
The House of Representatives is the lower house of the National Diet of Japan, composed of 465 members elected for four-year terms. It is the chamber in which the government holds its majority, where the prime minister is chosen and principal legislation is passed. The House elects its own Speaker, who presides over its proceedings.

Ukraine's military intelligence shows North Korean missile components to Japanese delegation in Kyiv
Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) showed components of a North Korean ballistic missile to a Japanese parliamentary delegation visiting Kyiv on September 19. The delegation was led by Speaker of the House of Representatives Eisuke Mori. HUR said the demonstration underscored that North Korean armaments threaten not only Ukraine but also Japan and other Asia-Pacific states.

Japanese House Speaker Eisuke Mori makes first visit to Ukraine, greeted by Verkhovna Rada chairman
Eisuke Mori, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Japanese Parliament, arrived in Ukraine on September 14 on his first visit to the country. He was met at a Kyiv railway station by Ruslan Stefanchuk, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament. The two had met the previous day on the sidelines of the G7 Summit in Paris.
