Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv
The Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv is a court of general jurisdiction handling criminal, civil and administrative cases within the Holosiivskyi district of the Ukrainian capital. It is one of the district courts of Kyiv and forms part of the system of local courts of Ukraine. The court has handled a number of high-profile cases, including decisions on preventive measures and the review of criminal suspicion notices.

Ukraine's Prosecutor General signs suspicions against NABU director and SAPO ally; parliament set to vote on his dismissal
On the morning of 14 September, Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko — who had already submitted his resignation a week earlier — announced in a video address that he had signed a notice of suspicion for NABU director Semen Kryvonos and a second notice for someone close to SAPO head Oleksandr Klymenko. President Zelensky responded within an hour, demanding Kravchenko's immediate dismissal and submitting a formal motion to the Verkhovna Rada, where the vote is scheduled for 15 September. NABU and SAPO say no suspicion was formally served on Kryvonos and accuse Kravchenko of a systematic attack on independent anti-corruption bodies; Kravchenko, in turn, accuses them of stealing protected case files during the "Carthage" operation and has left Ukraine on what he calls a foreign business trip.
