Higher Qualification Commission of Judges
The Higher Qualification Commission of Judges (HQCJ) is a Ukrainian state body responsible for assessing the professional qualifications of judges and for selecting candidates for judicial office. It conducts qualifying evaluations of sitting judges, runs competitive selections for vacant judgeships, and submits recommendations on the appointment and dismissal of judges.
