High Qualification Commission of Judges

The High Qualification Commission of Judges is a standing body of judicial governance in Ukraine. It conducts qualification assessments of judges, reviews their fitness for office, and participates in shaping the personnel of the court system. Its powers include recommending candidates for judicial positions and issuing conclusions on the appointment of judges to permanent tenure.
