High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine
The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine (HACC/ВАКС) is a specialised permanent court within Ukraine's judiciary, established in 2019 to handle criminal proceedings in top-corruption cases. It has jurisdiction over cases investigated by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO). The court tries high-ranking officials, judges, members of parliament and other persons designated by law.

Ukraine's Prosecutor General Kravchenko resigns amid Carthage anti-corruption probe
Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko submitted his resignation on the evening of September 7, 2025, hours after telling journalists he had no intention of stepping down voluntarily. The resignation comes as the NABU/SAP "Carthage" investigation targets senior officials of the Office of the Prosecutor General, including a deputy department head placed in custody days earlier.
