High Anti-Corruption Court
The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) is a permanent court of special jurisdiction in Ukraine, established in 2019 to handle criminal proceedings related to corruption offences. It has jurisdiction over cases investigated by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO). The court deals with high-level corruption cases and oversees the confiscation of illicitly obtained assets.

Dismissed Prosecutor General Kravchenko dismissed from prosecutor service after failing to return from abroad
Former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko did not return to Ukraine after his five-day business trip ended on 18 September and, as of 21 September, had not reported for work at the Office of the Prosecutor General. On the same day he submitted a resignation letter from the prosecutor's service and Acting Prosecutor General Anton Kovalsky signed an order dismissing him from the body, ending his tenure as a prosecutor following his earlier dismissal as Prosecutor General on 15 September.
