Russian drone attacks hit power infrastructure in Ukraine, leaving over 280,000 households without electricity
Russian drones and military forces struck energy facilities in Kyiv, Shostka and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, as well as gas-distribution and railway infrastructure, during attacks on October 30–31. The damage disrupted electricity for about 200,000 households in Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast and more than 80,000 households in Kyiv Oblast. Repair crews are working to restore power as the latest attacks compound damage from earlier strikes.
