HACC
The HACC (High Anti-Corruption Court) is a permanent specialised court of first instance in Ukraine, established in 2019 to handle corruption cases investigated by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and prosecuted by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office. Its jurisdiction covers top officials, judges and other persons designated by law. An Appeal Chamber within the same court serves as the appellate instance for the HACC.
