Gunvor
Gunvor is one of the world's largest independent traders of oil and petroleum products. The company is headquartered in Switzerland. Founded in 2000 by Torbjörn Törnqvist and Gennady Timchenko, it was long associated with Russian crude exports; Timchenko divested his stake in 2014 amid sanctions pressure. Gunvor trades crude, gas, coal and refined products and owns refining and logistics assets, including in Europe.
