German Federal Ministry of Defence
The German Ministry of Defence (Bundesministerium der Verteidigung) is the federal executive authority of Germany responsible for the country's armed forces (the Bundeswehr) and military policy. Its headquarters is in Berlin. It is headed by the Federal Minister of Defence, who sits in the federal cabinet.
