General Court of the European Union
The General Court of the European Union is the first-instance court in the EU's judicial system, hearing actions brought against EU institutions, bodies and agencies. It sits in Luxembourg alongside the Court of Justice. Its decisions can be appealed to the Court of Justice. Its jurisdiction includes, among others, actions by EU member states challenging Union legislation.
