Five Eyes
Five Eyes is an intelligence alliance of five English-speaking countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Its roots lie in the 1946 UK–USA Agreement on signals intelligence cooperation, which was later extended to the other members. The alliance coordinates the sharing of intelligence, particularly signals intelligence (SIGINT), among the participating agencies while maintaining separate national collection systems. It operates without a published founding treaty or central body, relying instead on a series of intergovernmental arrangements and internal protocols.

France's foreign minister says Europe now provides two-thirds of Ukraine's intelligence
French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot said in an interview on France Inter on 15 October that two-thirds of the intelligence Ukraine receives currently comes from Europe, including France. The statement came against a backdrop of reported US threats to halt intelligence sharing and arms deliveries if Ukraine kept striking Russian energy infrastructure, and as European leaders announced plans to double their aid to Kyiv.
