First Volunteer Mobile Hospital

The First Volunteer Mobile Hospital (PShPD, ПДМШ) is a Ukrainian volunteer medical organization founded in 2014 by Ihor Hushchin and other activists to provide emergency medical care during the Euromaidan protests and subsequently in the conflict in eastern Ukraine. The organization deploys mobile medical teams, including doctors, paramedics and volunteers, to field hospitals near the front lines, offering surgical care, evacuation of the wounded and treatment for both military personnel and civilians. It operates on donations and volunteer support rather than as a state institution.
