Federal Police (Germany)
The Federal Police (Bundespolizei) is the federal law enforcement agency of Germany, subordinate to the Federal Ministry of the Interior. Its responsibilities include border protection, railway and aviation security, the protection of federal government buildings, and counterterrorism. It also supports the Länder police forces in major incidents and counter-terrorism operations.
