NATO's top Europe commander drafts "Theory of Victory" for possible Russian attack on eastern flank
Supreme Allied Commander Europe Alexus Grinkevich is preparing a strategy document called "Theory of Victory" outlining how NATO would defeat a possible Russian attack on its eastern flank, with a focus on drones, minimally-crewed systems, and AI-based targeting. The unclassified version, obtained by Bloomberg, will be presented in Poland on October 12. Grinkevich's spokesman stressed the document is "purely defensive" and aims to convince any adversary that victory is impossible.
