The Trump administration is reportedly threatening to halt weapons deliveries to Ukraine through the NATO-run PURL mechanism and to stop sharing intelligence unless Kyiv ends long-range strikes on Russian energy infrastructure. The pressure came in calls over the weekend to European and Ukrainian officials, the same day President Trump announced on social media that Ukraine and Russia had agreed to an immediate energy ceasefire — an announcement Kyiv said it had not been informed of and that coincided with new Russian strikes on Ukrainian cities.
