EU-Ukraine Solidarity Lanes
EU-Ukraine Solidarity Lanes is an initiative launched by the European Commission in May 2022 to help export Ukrainian agricultural goods and import essential supplies after Russia blocked Ukraine's Black Sea ports. It routes freight through road, rail and inland waterways via neighbouring countries, including Romania, Moldova and Poland. The lanes are coordinated jointly by the European Commission, the Ukrainian government and European transport and logistics partners.
