EU Council on Foreign Affairs
The Council of the European Union on Foreign Affairs is an EU configuration in which the foreign ministers of the member states meet. It is responsible for shaping the Union's foreign and security policy, including decisions on sanctions, civilian and military missions, and assistance to third countries. Its meetings are held regularly in Brussels and Luxembourg and are chaired by the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
