Russian forces carried out nearly 40 shellings against 19 settlements in 11 territorial communities across Sumy Oblast from the morning of November 7 to the morning of November 8. Four civilians were affected, while residential buildings, infrastructure and vehicles were damaged or destroyed. The heaviest attacks occurred in the Sumy and Shostkyn districts.
