eRestoration
eRestoration, known in Ukrainian as єВідновлення, is a state digital programme launched in 2023 within the 'Diia' e-governance platform to document and address damage to residential housing caused by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Through the portal, residents of affected areas file applications for destroyed or damaged property and submit paperwork for repair compensation. The programme is overseen by the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, working with international partners including the World Bank.

Ukraine's Diia portal opens four new claim categories in international Register of Damage
Ukraine's Diia portal launched four new categories of applications to the international Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U). The categories cover loss of access to medical care, loss of access to education, other violations of international law, and other economic losses. Applications are submitted through the Diia portal and forwarded automatically to the Register.
