Equasis
Equasis is a public online database established in 2000 by the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) together with the French Maritime Administration. It consolidates information on ships provided by flag registries, classification societies, and port state control authorities, including inspection and detention records. The service is widely used to check a vessel's history and assess maritime risk.
