Russian drones attacked energy infrastructure in Zhytomyr region on the evening of November 7, damaging heating equipment in Zhytomyr and destroying the Ovruch substation. Heat supply to homes served by the damaged boiler facility was suspended, while electricity restoration is expected to take a significant amount of time.
