Ukraine says Starlink speed limits remain despite Trump’s call with Musk
Ukraine’s military Starlink service began operating faster after President Donald Trump asked Elon Musk to lift speed restrictions, but full functionality had not been officially restored. Zelensky said on October 22 that speed had not returned to 400 km/h, while Ukrainian troops reported that the limits may have been removed but continued testing the system.
