State Emergency Service of Ukraine
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) is the central executive body responsible for responding to emergencies, including natural disasters, fires and other crises. It operates under the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, the service has led rescue and recovery operations following missile and drone strikes on Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv.
