Donetsk Oblast Military Administration
The Donetsk Oblast Military Administration (OVA) is the executive body of state power in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine, operating under martial law. It is headed by a head appointed by the President of Ukraine. After Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022, the administration relocated from the occupied parts of the region and coordinates humanitarian, security and social policy from Ukrainian-controlled territory.
