Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office
The Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office is a regional body of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, responsible for supervising observance of the law in Donetsk Oblast and supporting public prosecution in courts. Since 2014, when the city of Donetsk has remained outside Ukrainian government control, the office has been based in Kramatorsk. It investigates and prosecutes cases including war crimes and other serious offences committed in the oblast during the armed conflict.
